官方特别说明：上传至共享文件夹的文件归文件夹所有者所有；上传者仍会被记录，但若所有者撤销其访问，文件留在该文件夹，上传者失去访问。资料敏感度、留存和交接责任不能只靠聊天权限推断。
OpenAI states that files uploaded to a shared folder belong to its owner; the uploader is recorded, but loses access if that owner removes them. Sensitivity, retention and handoff cannot be inferred from chat permissions alone.
